1.    CE Marking: According to the Harmonized EN 13445 Non-Fire Pressure Vessels Standard of the 2014/68/EU Pressure Equipment Directive, the service is purchased from the accredited organization on a product basis.

2.    CE Self Declaration: It is a document in which we declare that we design, produce and sell the products in accordance with the Regulations and standards. It is provided by our company on a product basis.

3.    Germetal Quality Documentation File: It is a quality documentation file for the products. It can handle all processes from the design to the delivery of the products. The scope of the file is prepared according to the customer's request and its content is as follows;

Tests and Inspection Reports That Can Be Performed
As Germetal, we are extremely careful about performing and reporting the tests you request on our products. We can get support from accredited institutions for the performance of these tests and we can contact authorized companies for the tests that we cannot perform within our company. The tests that we can perform in our company with our experienced team;

1. Hydrostatic Pressure Test: We can test and report the strength and sealing properties of the products.
2. Vacuum Test: We can test and report the strength and sealing properties of the products that will be subjected to vacuum due to the process.
3. Liquid Penetrant Control: We can test and report to detect surface discontinuities in non-porous materials.
4. Surface Roughness Inspection: We can test and report to prove that the inner and outer surfaces of the products have the desired surface roughness quality.
5. Metal Content Analysis Test: In order to prove the metal content of the raw materials and finished products to be used, we can test and report them using the non-destructive inspection method.
